The Logo is an evolution of the Benzene Ring denoting Company’s core activity in the area of organic chemistry.
The segments around it again in the same form emphasis our strengths and portray the multiplicity of our product range.
The expansion of these segments beyond the traditional form of an hexagon represents the new opportunities driven by in-house R&D activities towards newer and /or better products.
The word Auchtel is a coined word representing our activities. It is derived out of auxiliaries, chemicals.
Corporate Profile
- 1965: Nopco (India) Ltd.in collaboration with Nopco Chemicals, U.S.A. to manufacture spin finishes foray on industry
- 1973: Nopco (India) Ltd. Becomes Diamond Shamrock (I) Ltd., due to acquisition of Nopco Chemical Co. worldwide
- 1979: Established third Plant at Ratnagiri to exclusively manufacture ion-exchange resins
- 1985: Company's collaboration changed to Henkel KGaA and it becomes Henkel Chemicals (India) Ltd.
