We are leading manufacturers of Speciality Chemicals & Ion Exchange Resins, with more than fifty seven years of experience in catering to a vast number of industries like Textile, Paper, Leather, Agro/Fertilizer, Paint, Construction, Dyestuff, Waste Water treatment, Thermal Power Plants, Petrochemicals complex etc. We have a wide network of offices & agents spread across the nation, with three production facilities in Maharashtra and two R & D laboratories. We were formerly known as Nopco India Ltd., Diamond Shamrock (I) Ltd. & Henkel Chemicals (I) Ltd.


REQUIREMENT


Qualification & Experience:


Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with additional Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel/Law.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in HR/Personnel/Administration department.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Prior experience in a similar role is a must.
Preferred Industry: Chemicals / Petro Chemical / Plastic / Rubber/Paints.



Job Responsibilities Includes (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring strict compliance to all company personnel laws, BMC rules, Labour laws, Factory acts.
  • Maintaining all company registrations and license renewals.
  • Maintaining proper record of personnel department, preparation of multi- location payroll.
  • Implementing statutory records and agreements, HR and Admin circulars, notices and rules.
  • Recruiting new staff members, vetting applicants, joining formalities, induction & updating databases, overseeing personnel performance reviews in coordination with HRD and the management.
  • Filing of Returns and statutory payments of Income Tax, Pension and provident fund, Professional Tax, ESIC, gratuity etc.


Essential Skills:

  • >Organisational and interpersonal Skills.
  • >Proficiency in MS Office, windows, email messaging skills.
  • >Good mathematical ability and familiarity with accounting software & procedures.
  • >Knowledge of state labour laws and Rules of best HR practices in a manufacturing company.
  • >Experience on spine payroll or similar application software.
  • >Sound knowledge of payroll procedures.
  • >Familiar with government online scheme portals.
  • >Ability to prepare and present reports to the management and respond to government notices/authorities.
  • >Quick learner, able to take directions easily and to handle confidential information.
  • >Strong attention to detail.
