We are leading manufacturers of Speciality Chemicals & Ion Exchange Resins, with more than forty years of experience in catering to a vast number of industries like Textile, Paper, Leather, Agro/Fertilizer, Paint, Construction, Dyestuff, Waste Water treatment, Thermal Power Plants, Petrochemicals complex etc.  We have a wide network of offices & agents spread across the nation, with three production facilities in Maharashtra and two R & D laboratories.  We were formerly known as Nopco India Ltd., Diamond Shamrock (I) Ltd. & Henkel Chemicals (I) Ltd.

REQUIREMENT

Ideal candidate would be in his forties.  He would be technically qualified in any of the disciplines e.g. Textile, Paper, Dyes & Intermediates, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.  An additional qualification in marketing management would be preferred though not essential.  The person should have fifteen years plus marketing experience with a reputed organisation only in the field of industrial consumable marketing.  The person from the field of speciality chemicals or ion exchange resins and having experience of leading a team of marketing personnels on all India basis in a well structured organisation and presently enjoying the position of either number two or number three could be considered.  Excellent marketing skills, a flair to cultivate relationship at the highest level in the industry, a sound commercial acumen and the ability to give necessary thrust to the company’s business, experience of budgeting, its monitoring and reporting are some of the pre-requisites. Such a person would be member of senior management team and be a part of think tank.  He will be required to lead the team of marketiers, agents, concessionaires and branch offices.  Knowledge of dealing with government, semi-government and public sector undertakings and ease of handling the purchase through tender by such organization including E-tendering is required.

For above position, a pleasing personality, excellent oral and written communication skill, ability to deliver within time frame and budget, ability to work under pressure, meeting the deadlines and tight schedules willingness to travel extensively and at a short notice are the pre-requisites. Candidate must possess basic knowledge of computers such as MS office, Email.
